Introduction
Welcome to ZAHW. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZAHW website, mobile applications, and all services offered through the Platform. By accessing, browsing, registering an account, making a reservation, listing a property, purchasing additional services, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.About ZAHW
ZAHW is a hospitality and travel platform connecting Guests, Property Owners, Property Managers, and approved service providers. Depending on the service offered, ZAHW may act as a booking marketplace, property management company, payment collection platform, hospitality service provider, or facilitator between users.
2.Definitions
Platform means the ZAHW website, mobile applications, software and services. Guest means any person making a reservation. Host means a property owner or manager. Booking means a confirmed reservation. Property means any accommodation listed on the Platform. Services include accommodation, concierge, transportation, tours and other hospitality services. Wallet means the Host payout balance maintained by ZAHW where applicable.
3.Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter binding agreements, provide accurate information, have authority to make bookings or list properties, and comply with all applicable laws.
4.User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping information updated, and notifying ZAHW of unauthorized access.
5.Identity Verification
ZAHW may request identification documents, proof of ownership, business documents, selfie verification, or other supporting information to maintain a secure marketplace.
6.Platform Services
Users may search and reserve accommodations, manage properties, process secure payments, access hospitality services, communicate with Hosts, and receive customer support.
7.Marketplace Role
ZAHW operates primarily as a technology platform and may also provide direct property management and hospitality services for selected properties.
8.Property Listings
Listings include descriptions, pricing, amenities, availability, occupancy limits, cancellation policies, and house rules. ZAHW may correct inaccuracies or remove listings.
9.Booking Process
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment, acceptance by the Host or Platform, and issuance of a booking confirmation.
10.Pricing
Displayed prices may include or exclude taxes and fees. The final amount is shown before payment.
11.Payments
Payments must be completed through supported payment methods. ZAHW may refuse or suspend suspicious transactions. Payment processing is handled by authorized third-party providers.
12.Currency & Taxes
Applicable taxes, VAT, tourism or municipality fees may apply depending on the property location.
14.Host Payouts
ZAHW may collect payments on behalf of Hosts and deduct agreed commissions, fees, taxes, refunds, or other authorized deductions before payout.
15.Host Wallet
Where available, Hosts may access wallet balances showing earnings, pending payouts, deductions, and completed payouts.
16.Reservation Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by listing. Unless otherwise stated, reservations are generally non-refundable.
17.Refunds
Refunds are governed by the ZAHW Refund Policy and processed through the original payment method where possible.
18.Security Deposits
Some properties require refundable security deposits which may be used to cover damages, violations, or additional charges.
19.Additional Services
Additional services such as concierge, airport transfers, transportation, catering, housekeeping, tours, and lifestyle services may be offered directly or through partners.
20.Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate information, respect properties and house rules, comply with laws, and remain responsible for everyone included in their booking.
21.Property Access
Guests must follow check-in instructions and comply with the property's arrival procedures.
22.Guest Conduct
Guests must not damage property, disturb neighbors, exceed occupancy, organize unauthorized events, or engage in illegal activities.
23.Host Responsibilities
Hosts must provide accurate information, maintain safe accommodations, comply with laws, and honor confirmed reservations.
24.Property Management Services
Where applicable, ZAHW may provide reservation management, pricing, housekeeping coordination, maintenance coordination, inspections, and operational support.
25.Prohibited Activities
Users must not commit fraud, upload malicious software, bypass platform payments, scrape content, or infringe intellectual property.
26.Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and comply with community standards. ZAHW may remove violating content.
27.Intellectual Property
All Platform content is owned by ZAHW or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
28.Third-Party Services
Certain services are provided by independent providers who remain responsible for their own services.
29.Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
30.Limitation of Liability
ZAHW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
31.Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify ZAHW against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
32.Suspension and Termination
ZAHW may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, illegal activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
33.Force Majeure
ZAHW is not responsible for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
34.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Qatar.
35.Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
36.Entire Agreement
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, House Rules, and other published policies constitute the entire agreement.
37.Amendments
ZAHW may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
